Responsibilities:
Review travelers (shipping documentation) and batch records for data accuracy (canister no./configuration, weights, input material, etc.)
Coordinate with Production, PDL, Logistics and Quality team inaccurate information for proper handling
Troubleshoot errors encountered within ERP system
Back-up for SC Planner by creating work orders for Production and PDL teams
Stage Count/Issue material/Partial Job Close on all PDL/Production bottle filled chemistries
Process all material movement which includes Pot Bottoms, Precuts, Flipper, Returns, Reclaims, inventory adjustments, etc.
Work with the logistics team when there are a discrepancies in warehouse transfers of goods or canisters
Lot Characteristic Errors
Submits inventory adjustments
Responsible for running multiple reports, review for discrepancies and share findings with appropriate parties
Generate quality control status report for the Quality Assurance Team
Create new part codes for raw material and WIP (Work-in-Progress)
Approve new part codes for finished goods, raw material and WIPs
Review/Investigate Inventory Spot Count discrepancies
Successfully complete all assigned trainings
Works with vendors, and provides support to the Purchasing team by submitting purchase requisitions and orders.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma, or equivalent
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain
Chemical operations experience
Strong ERP system experience
Experience within Supply Chain
