Job Description:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with minimum one RPA project experience
  • Experience of working on implementing automation solutions projects is an advantage
  • Knowledge of business processes in different areas: finance, telecommunication, insurance
  • Experience in requirements gathering, requirement management, gap analysis and SDLC
  • Experience in writing Use Cases and High Level Functional and Technical analysis deliverables
  • Works with Technology team, Developers, key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers and data architects to ensure the project implementation
  • Serves as functional or client needs expert for projects
  • Assesses current state, identifies customer requirements, and defines the future state and/or business solution. Searches, gathers and synthesizes information.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and leadership skills
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
