Job Description

5+ yrs of experience in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management systems
· Should have implemented at least onw SailPoint solution
· Good hands on experience with SailPoint IIQ
· Very good Java programming skills
· Should have understanding on application server, code deployment processes etc.
· Should be able to co-ordinate with offshore team on daily basis

Detailed Requirements (more of a guideline, not all are must)

- Technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients infrastructure and applications.

- Experience with Resource Provisioning, User Life Cycle Management Processes, Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification

- Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures, implementation plans, and solutions.

- Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system requirements.

- Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance.

- Experience with SailPoint identity management product.

- Experience developing, implementing or architecting information systems.
